I understand that world. I've spent over 25 years in commercial leadership, building businesses, leading teams and navigating the pressures that come with performance and success.

That's why I founded Thought Partners.

I believe that at certain moments in life, whether you're navigating change, facing difficult decisions or questioning what comes next, you shouldn't have to work everything out on your own.

I work with senior leaders, founders and high performers, bringing commercial experience, genuine curiosity and a willingness to ask the questions others might avoid.

My approach is direct, challenging and deeply human. Together, we explore what's really going on, challenge the assumptions and behaviours that may be holding you back, and turn greater self-awareness into clearer decisions, greater confidence and the courage to take meaningful action.
