Colin Brett PCC, BA (Hons), MA, MSc, MA, MAPPCP
Colin is a British Association for Counselling Accredited Counsellor, a Training and Supervising Transactional Analyst (in Organisations), and a qualified NLP Trainer. Colin has been coaching individuals and groups in organisations for several years, and holds a number of qualifications in the fields of psychotherapy and training. He has achieved the Professional Certified Coach credential of the International Coach Federation and is also trained as an NLP coach. Colin is equally at home in creating a coaching culture within the corporate world as he is developing coaching in communities. His area of particular interest lies in how people can stop stopping themselves and make the most of their lives.
Ailbhe Harrington MCC, BA (Hons), MA, Dip Couns., 2017 ICF Coach Trainer of the Year Ireland, 2016 ICF Coach of the Year Ireland
Ailbhe facilitates the Coaching Development Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills in Portlaoise. A coach, trainer, coach supervisor and facilitator, she achieved the Professional Certified Coach credential of the International Coach Federation in 2010. Her experience spans organisational development, transformational coaching, third level education and enterprise development within the private, public and voluntary sectors within Ireland and the UK. For over 20 years Ailbhe has been passionate about enabling people to discover the leader within, manage transitions and to access their true potential. In addition to her MA in Coaching, Ailbhe also holds qualifications in Psychodynamic Coaching, NLP, Integrative Arts Therapy, Stress Management and is a qualified Coach Supervisor.
Barry Joinson PCC
Barry is a trainer, facilitator, mediator and Professional Certified Coach (ICF). With over 20 years’ experience in international human resources and leadership development, Barry’s interest now lies in supporting people to make learning their own. With a focus on enabling individuals to understand the value of their unique contribution and style, he works with emerging and established leadership teams to assist them in realising the collective potential. During his career he has worked across varied sectors including professional and financial services, NGO’s, security and defence, media and aviation. This broad range of experience equips him with an approach that is insightful, provocative and usefully challenging. Barry has mentored and observed on many occasions for Coaching Development on the Part I Diploma. He believes that coaching is a hugely powerful intervention for positive change.
Deryn Holland PCC, BA, MEd., PGCE, MCIPD
Deryn is a coach, trainer and leadership consultant, holding the Professional Certified Coach credential of the International Coach Federation. She has held senior leadership positions in education, the BBC and in the private sector, and worked with the Center for Creative Leadership, the Metropolitan Police, UNESCO and the British Council. She has a deep interest in international and cross-cultural work and is respected for her innovation in adult learning and putting learning into practice. Gerry Ryan MCC, MICF
Gerry is a skilled coach, facilitator and mentor who has been awarded the Master Certified Coach credential of the International Coach Federation. With a background of over 20 years’ experience in operations management, Gerry has always been keenly interested in leadership and in releasing the potential of people in organisations. Since 2000 he has worked with ‘blue chip’ international clients, as a leadership coach, helping managers to embrace the ‘being’ and ‘doing’ necessary to become effective leaders. He has played a leading and proactive role in developing the standards, credibility and professionalism of coaching in Ireland over a number of years.
Karen Pratt PCC, TSTA(E)
Karen has worked with Coaching Development in South Africa for 6 years and ran the first Johannesburg Coaching Essentials training early in 2011. Karen is Africa's only Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in Education and is also a certified Coach Supervisor and Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator. Karen works as a coach, trainer and facilitator across the spectrum of South African people – from home-based health care workers to executives. She has a passion for learning and believes that all people are OK, they can think for themselves and choose to change. She believes that all learning is transformational and impacts the personal, family, community and social levels.
Léda Turai-Petrauskiene BA, MA, MSc, MCC
Léda is a multilingual enthusiatic and inspiring professional certified coach (by the ICF), a professionally trained trainer and coach supervisor. She started her career as a lecturer at the University of Vilnius, later she worked for the Lithuanian and Hungarian authorities as an interpreter and cultural, economical relationship facilitator and for this activity she got the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary award from the President of Hungary. After a few year in counselling she finally found her real passion in training and coaching. She speaks fluently five languages: Hungarian (as a mother tongue), English, Lithuanian, Finnish and Romanian.
Dr Sandra Wilson (DProf Coaching Psychology), MProf, MA, BA, MCC (ICF)
Sandra’s particular area of interest is the unconscious mind and how our early life experiences influence our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and actions. Sandra works with individuals to identify their growing edge and through reflective dialogue supports their liberation from living life in a pre-determined way. She believes that the journey to Mastery starts after professional accreditation. Her view is that Mastery may be achieved through embarking on a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, self-awareness and self-regulation.
In addition to her academic qualifications, Sandra has a Diploma in Coaching; is a Certified Transactional Analyst (Organisational) and a Teaching & Supervising Transactional Analyst (Organisational). She is Level B qualified in the use of psychometric tests and personality profiles. Sandra is also a qualified Business Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. She has achieved Master Certified Coach level with the International Coach Federation.
Tracy Sinclair PCC
Tracy is a PCC with the ICF and works as a Mentor Coach with coaches working towards their ACC or PCC credentials. She also offers supervision to both new and experienced coaches as part of their on-going professional and personal growth. Tracy has mentored and undertaken observations on several occasions for Coaching Development on the Professional Coaching Skills programme as well being a speaker at one of their summer schools. Tracy is passionate about the transformational possibilities of coaching and believes in the immense benefit that mentor coaching and supervision offers to both the coach and the coaching profession.
