Following requests from our alumni, these days are held twice a year and are open to anyone who has taken an ICf or ILM accredited training with Coaching Development. They are refresher days which give the opportunity to re-connect with colleagues, network with whoever is present, meet new peers and to put theory into practice in a format very similar to your training days. They also give the opportunity to re-connect with Coaching Development!

A typical day begins with a check in, some coaching theory, opportunities to work with this and then to reflect on how you might use it, along with a traditional triad practice with peer feedback on your use of the Core Competencies. Alum Days offer valuable ‘competency checks’ and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Colin Brett facilitates the Alum days in London and Ailbhe Harrington facilitates the Alum days in Portlaoise. Topics might include Positive Psychology, the Use of Objects (buttons, etc), What Keeps People Unchanging and more...

There is no cost for these Alum days and they do not carry CCEs. Please be in touch if you would like to join us.You are most welcome to join us for a blend of teach / talk / triads and learning!
